Chus Navarro

Recuerdo estar siempre pintando. A los 10 años me regalaron un maletín de óleos y mi primera obra fue una réplica de los girasoles de Van Gogh. Estuve años pintando en varios estudios de Madrid, en el espacio que ocupaba un caballete, desarrollando mi propio arte y aprendiendo del de los demás.

Me hubiera encantado estudiar Bellas Artes, pero pensé que tendría un futuro más próspero estudiando Empresariales y dejé mis habilidades artísticas para hobby.

Al terminar la carrera me puse a trabajar en el sector financiero. La responsabilidad de mi trabajo, mi sentido del deber además de familia numerosa y estancias en varios países me hicieron abandonar por tiempo la pintura pensando siempre que en algún momento lo retomaría.

A lo largo de mi vida he tenido la percepción muchas veces de dejarme llevar y de vivir en piloto automático pensando que tenía que seguir el camino empezado y no me podía desviar.

Un día de repente, un acontecimiento traumático sucede (la muerte de mi padre) y las pautas que habían marcado mi vida se descolocan. Esto, un trabajo muy exigente, la pandemia y mi agotamiento mental, físico y emocional, hacen replantearme qué era lo que me hacía disfrutar y ser feliz.

La pintura volvió a mi vida en 2019. Lo hice para desconectar del ritmo acelerado de mi vida, encontrar un espacio donde pudiera bajar la guardia, permitirme sentir y trabajar el estrés y la ansiedad. Lo que retomé siendo una necesidad en búsqueda de calma, me ayudó como terapia y me hizo reencontrarme con mi pasión.

Pinto de forma intuitiva, sin guion y de forma autodidacta. Me baso en mi creatividad para crear obras de arte de estilo principalmente abstracto. Me encanta pintar tamaños grandes y utilizar mucho color, lo que da como resultado composiciones llenas de fuerza, luz y color.

A través de mis obras puedo expresar y crear con total libertad mis ideas, emociones, mi sentido de la estética y mi forma de ver el mundo.

Apasionada del diseño de interiores busco la armonía entre las obras y los espacios que ocupan en equilibrio con los distintos estilos decorativos.

Me hubiera encantado estudiar Bellas Artes, pero pensé que tendría un futuro más próspero estudiando Empresariales y dejé mis habilidades artísticas para hobby.

Nada más terminar la carrera me puse a trabajar en el sector financiero. La responsabilidad de mi trabajo, mi sentido del deber, mi autoexigencia además de familia numerosa y estancias en varios países me hicieron abandonar por tiempo la pintura pensando siempre que en algún momento lo retomaría.

A lo largo de mi vida he tenido la percepción muchas veces de dejarme llevar y de vivir en piloto automático pensando que tenía que seguir el camino empezado y no me podía desviar.

A lo largo de mi vida he tenido la percepción muchas veces de dejarme llevar y de vivir en piloto automático pensando que tenía que seguir el camino empezado y no me podía desviar.

A través de mis obras puedo expresar y crear con total libertad mis ideas, emociones, mi sentido de la estética y mi forma de ver el mundo.

Apasionada del diseño de interiores busco la armonía entre las obras y los espacios que ocupan en equilibrio con los distintos estilos decorativos.
